Q: Who reads your mind?
A: Nobody but myself!
Q: Who chooses how or what you think?
A: Nobody but myself!
Q: Who chooses what you do?
A: Nobody but myself!
Q: Who knows how you feel?
A: Nobody but myself!
Q: Who is responsible for how I think, feel and behave?
A: Nobody but myself!
Q: Who chooses what you say to others?
A: Nobody but myself!
Q: Who chooses what you say to your self?
A: Nobody but myself!
Q: Who chooses how you treat others?
A: Nobody but myself!
Q: Who chooses how treat yourself?
A: Nobody but myself!
Q: Who chooses to set your self-worth?
A: Nobody but myself!
Q: Do you still believe that someone or something else is responsible for your happiness or success?
A: No! I am responsible for myself.
Q: If all of these answers are correct and normally agreed to, then who has the responsibility for making the changes in your mind programming?
A: Nobody but myself!
You can not say that someone else makes you angry. You choose to express yourself in anger.
You can not say that you can not live if someone else rejects you. You choose to tell yourself that.
You can not blame the loss of someone for choosing to no longer live a happy and successful life.
You can not blame your upbringing for not achieving what you want. You choose to do what you want.
You can set goals and be determined enough to reach them. Just choose goals that you can accomplish in a reasonable amount of time.
If you were to write a story about yourself would you prefer to choose a happy story or a sad one?
Happiness is joy in the moment.
If you can write a happy story can you choose to think a happy thought? Choose enough happy thoughts and you can live a happy life.
You answer to yourself.
