See, Hear, Touch

Listen.
Listen to the sound of your voice as you read this.

Become aware of the words in your head.
Listen to the words you say in your mind.
Now, add an echo...echo...echo.

Really focus on that repeated sound as you read this slowly.
And hear your voice inside your head.
Or, read this out loud until you are sure you are hearing your own voice.

Then see the vision, you as you gaze out on the world. And hear the river. Feel the warm wind on your skin. Feel the warmth of the sun. Feel secure. Safe in a world of your own.

I am.
I am my world.
I am my truth.
I am my thoughts, my feelings, my emotions, my body.
I am the world as I know it.

I reach out to touch other people.
I join in their world.
I see through my eyes, I hear through my ears, I touch with my hands.
I allow others to have their own "I am".

I am standing on the crown of a hill.
I see peaceful green pastures flowing away from me.
I see a river gleaming in the warm sunlight.
I hear its bubbling chatter.
I am at peace and I can grow.

I forgive myself for the past.
I am here now and I am safe.
I forgive everyone for the past.
I make and choose my life from now on.

I am, because I choose.
I choose life.
I choose my thoughts, my feelings, my emotions, my body.

I am.
I shout this to the world.

I can reach out and touch the world.
I can give my best.
I can give of me, my laughter, my feelings, my understanding.

I am open to receive.
I allow you to be.
I accept you as you are.
The world turns.

I can not change that.
I am.

The creator has given me this life to live.
Experience is my memory of that life.
I too can create.
I create my happiness and in so doing share it with the world.

I see the brightness in this moment because I am.

At peace with myself, I can allow the world to be and I can see and hear and touch all around me.
