Being All That Is
What is, Is!
Being is silence.
Be still and observe.
Be in the now!
Don't delude yourself by thinking that you are living at any other moment than NOW. Anything else is just illusion.
You cannot find joy as though it were an overcoat to put on. And joy will not come to you on some beautiful sunshiny day.
Creating a story for yourself is not going to enlighten you. If you let your mind control you, it will gladly tell you the stories you want to believe. Your ego, your conscious mind, operates in fear of losing control.
Joy, truth and love are just labels. If you are aware of yourself as Being within the divinity of Life then just being is Joy, Truth and Love. there is no separateness. There is no name or label that can explain it to you.
You do not need to do anything but experience life.
It isn't Love OR Fear. There is no need to create separateness by opposites or choosing between extremes. Being just is. Your are Love and Truth and Joy just by Being. You are the energy of life.
Your mind wants to spell out all the things, attach labels, spin stories, explain, touch, set rules, set limits, cast spells, control, create laws. It wants to join the all the dots together.
I am not the dialog in my head. I am not the body that will perish. I am not the man that is suffering this life. I am the Being that lives in the man. I am the Being experiencing this life, this mind, this body, this moment.
I am the Gift of Life for this body.
There is no border. No limitations. There are no words. There are no feelings. I am one.
Being.
Be still in mind and body and observe. Then you will Be. Then you will BE ALL THAT IS.

Your words are so powerful as they are truth.
I am not my body.
I am not the thought I think.
I am not my deeds and accomplishments.
I am the gift of life for this body.
Thank you.

Thank you for your comment.
Being is total awareness in the NOW, before our minds can formulate thought and create illusions of understanding.
Truth is a powerful word.
There is no universal truth. I only know my truth.
Words are illusions with which we communicate with our selves and others.
Since thought and words are the same, I like to approach words with "I believe" or "Here is how I think" or "Here's one way to look at it."
Our mind becomes a tool that "I" directs to create. The "Being" that is "I" is no longer slave to the illusions created by an uncontrolled and randomly drifting mind.
At least, that is the way I see it.
